Bitcoin BTC/USDthe world’s oldest cryptocurrency, was trading higher this morning, surpassing $20,000 for the first time this month.

The second most valued cryptocurrency, ether ETH/USDwas trading slightly lower, meanwhile, but managed to stay above the $1,300 level on Wednesday.

Other popular crypto coins including XRP XRP/USD and Dogecoins DOGE/USDwas also trading higher this morning.

helium HNT/USD was the top gainer in the last 24 hours while rights reserved RSR/USD turned out to be the biggest loser.

At the time of writing, the global crypto market cap has risen to $959.65 billion for a 24-hour gain of 0.3%. BTC traded about 0.5% higher to $20,139 while ETH fell about 0.6% to $1,345 on Wednesday.
