The British Secretary of Defense Ben Wallace said that Russia is cut off from the global supply chain and will soon be out of guns before Ukraine does.
during one interview Wallace told Sky News: “Russia’s ability to manufacture and repair weapons and ammunition is tied into a global supply chain to which it currently has little access,” he added.
Since the Russia-Ukraine war Many countries have imposed sanctions on Russia, cut it off from key supplies. In addition, more than 140 countries have pledged to the United Nations not to support Russia in its invasion of Ukraine.
“They need a supply chain and large parts of their supply chain were not in Russia; they came from all over the world, including Europe and even Ukraine,” Wallace said.

The US will provide up to $725 million worth of military aid to Ukraine. This brings total US Army support to Ukraine to more than $18.3 billion.
Wallace said the new international fund will provide equipment, including weapons, and support to Ukraine through 2024 and possibly beyond.
In the meantime, President Vladimir Putin has said that Russia should do this be finished with the call-up of the reservists in two weeks.
He has also promised an end to a divisive mobilization that has called hundreds of thousands of men to fight in Ukraine.
Putin said Russia had no plans for more massive airstrikes like the ones it carried out this week “for the time being”.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has reiterated that Ukrainian forces would retake all of their territories, although there is a rhetorical shift in Putin’s stance.
