Mr. Espinoza has also been appointed to the Audit, Compensation, Compliance, Nominating/Corporate Governance and Risk Oversight Committees.
Mr. Espinoza is a prominent architect of community and business development policies and programs for Latinos and has more than 45 years of community development experience spanning the public, private, and nonprofit spectrum. Mr. Espinoza is President and CEO of Espinoza Community Development LLC, a private community development company, and co-founder and past President and CEO of Raza Development Fund, the largest Latino community financial institution in the United States. He also currently serves as a director for The Foothills Bank, a division of Glacier Bank. Mr. Espinoza will bring to their respective boards extensive experience in leadership, corporate governance, consulting, asset management and community, business and real estate development.
