  • Oyster Point Pharma, Inc. OYSTER rose 38.6% to $11.57 after the company announced it would be acquired by Viatris for $11 a share.
  • Veru Inc. VERU Shares gained 34.5% to trade at $14.44 after the release of briefing documents ahead of the FDA’s Nov. 9 Adcom meeting for its COVID-19 treatment candidate.
  • ACM Research, Inc. ACMR up 27.7% to close at $8.44 after Jefferies upgraded the stock to Hold from Underperform.
  • Eagle Pharmaceuticals, Inc. EGRX rose 25.9% to $39.73 after the company reported better-than-expected Q3 results.
  • Tupperware Brands Corporation TUPP rose 25.9% to $5.06. Richard Goudis, executive vice chair at Tupperware Brands, reported a major insider buy Nov. 7, according to a new SEC filing.
  • Certara, Inc. CERT Soared 19.6% to $12.73 after Arsenal Capital Partners increased its investment in the company with a $449 million share purchase.
  • Syneos Health, Inc. SYNCH rose 16.7% to $30.00. The stock could rebound after falling last week following worse-than-expected Q3 results and reduced FY22 revenue guidance.
  • Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. SPR up 16.2% to close at $27.22 after Wolfe Research upgraded the stock to peer perform from underperform. The Company also announced a private offering of $800 million of senior secured notes due 2029.
