(“Finance Builders”), announced today that Brown & Brown Dealer Services (“BBDS”) has acquired substantially all of Finance Builders’ assets.

Finance Builders is an independent sales and services organization providing R&I products and sales support to automotive dealerships primarily in Connecticut and Massachusetts. After the transaction, Finance Builders’ operations will become part of BBDS, which will operate under the direction of Mike Neal.
