Twitter Users can look forward to some good news regarding random ads violating their timelines or feeds.

What happened: YouTuber on Monday David Rubin posted a tweet complaining about the “insane amount of ads” that spoil a user’s Twitter experience.

twitter boss, Elon Musk responded to his complaint, saying that the team would “fix it this week”.

Why it matters: Not unlike its predecessor, Musk’s revamped Twitter Blue subscription currently does not offer an ad-free experience. Twitter previously said the team was working on a feature that will reduce the number of ads a user sees.

Last week, Musk revealed the reason for monetizing verification Badge and update Twitter Blue subscription saying, “We’re not good at showing up tweets from less prominent handles.”

According to Musk, it’s almost impossible to differentiate between authentic users who are humans and bots/trolls, which is why a Twitter Blue subscription comes with a phone, optional ID verification, and Organizational affiliation is crucial.
