- French carmaker Renault ADRs RNLSY Deputy CEO and head of the new mobility unit Mobilize, Clotilde Delbos, has resigned.
- Delbos will leave the company at the end of December, Reuters reported. Delbos, who also served as Renault’s chief financial officer between 2016 and early 2022, had herself been tipped to take on the job as CEO before the board decided to bring in outsider de Meo, the report said.

- The report added that the company has now appointed Fedra Ribeiro to head Mobilize and Patrick Claude would take over Delbos’ role on an interim basis at Renault’s finance subsidiary RCI Banque.
- In November, Renault announced its plan to split its operations into five divisions.
