ONTARIO, Calif., December 14, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CVB Financial Corp. CVBF (the “Company”) announced a cash dividend of twenty cents ($0.20) per share for the fourth quarter of 2022. This dividend was approved at the Company’s regular board meeting on December 14, 2022. The quarterly dividend will be payable on or about January 13, 2023 to shareholders of record on December 29, 2022.
