InterCure Partners with Wit Praetorian Global to License, Manufacture and…

InterCure Ltd. INCREASE INCREASE INCREASE (dba Canndoc), has completed a Definitive License Agreement with Praetorian Global, Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, Florida-based Praetorian Global and the cannabis brand’s parent company “Binke‘ agreed to grant InterCure an exclusive multi-year term right to cultivate, manufacture, market and distribute Binske branded products in key global pharmaceutical markets including Israel, Germany, Australia, UK and others.

As part of the agreement, Binske will provide the Company with access to its intellectual property, including genetics, formulations and know-how for growing and manufacturing Binske-branded cannabis products at the Company’s facilities. In addition, “Binske” will provide InterCure with intellectual property relating to extraction formulations and the production of derived products developed by “Binske” and will support the InterCure team with training on manufacturing and cultivation methods that are based on the exacting standards of bins are tailored. Under the terms of the agreement, InterCure will manufacture and distribute the branded products utilizing its international supply chain through the Company’s medicinal cannabis dispensary chain.

During the 7.5-year term of the agreement, the same core Binske branded product lines introduced in North America will be manufactured and distributed by InterCure exclusively in the territories specified in the agreement.
