US stocks were mostly higher at the end of trading, with the Dow Jones up around 150 points on Friday.
The Dow rose 0.45% to 33,176.46, while the NASDAQ fell 0.02% to 10,473.83. The S&P 500 was also up 0.42% to 3,838.36.

Leading and lagging sectors
Energy stocks rose 2.8% on Friday. Meanwhile top winner in the sector included GeoPark Ltd GPRKincreased by 10% and Hallador Energy Company HNRGincreased by 12%.
In Friday trading, shares in information technology fell 0.2%.

Household spending rose 0.1% mom in November, while the consumer spending index rose 5.5% yoy in November. Personal income in the United States rose 0.4% mom in November.
