US Secretary of State Anton Blinken criticized on Wednesday Wladimir Putin And Xi Jinping’s alliance and called it a “marriage of convenience”.

“As we speak today, we have yet to see them cross that line,” Blinken said.

He added Xi hoped to replace the Washington-led international order With his country’s own “illiberal” vision, Putin’s Russia appeared to have no coherent ideology other than “world disorder”.

The comments came after Chinese leader Putin said in a video that there are changes “like we haven’t seen in 100 years” and that both are “joiningly driving these changes”.
