US stock futures traded lower this morning. Here are some big stocks that posted losses in today’s premarket trading session.

  • DiamondHead Holdings Corp. DHHC Shares fell 12.8% to $16.50 in premarket trading after gaining more than 82% on Thursday. DiamondHead entered into a convertible debenture purchase agreement on March 21, 2023.
  • FiscalNote Holdings, Inc. NOTE Shares fell 10.1% to $2.14 in premarket trading. FiscalNote shares rose 75% on Thursday after the company announced that it had been selected by OpenAI to collaborate as the first launch partner for OpenAI’s ChatGPT plugin.
  • Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft DB Shares fell 6.1% to $9.06 in premarket trading after falling 6% on Thursday.
  • Ouster, Inc. PUSH AWAY Shares fell 6% to $0.8499 in premarket trading after the company released weak fourth-quarter results and a weak first-quarter revenue guidance.

  • Block, Inc. Q Shares fell 4.6% in premarket trading to $59.02. Block CEO Jack Dorsey’s fortune shrank by $526 million on Thursday after short seller Hindenburg Research issued a bearish report on the company.
  • UBS Group AG UBS Slumped 4.1% to $18.39 in premarket trading after a new report came out after the bell indicated that Credit Suisse and UBS Group now face an investigation from the US Department of Justice.
