SLHGSLHGF (“Skylight Health” or the “Company”) today announces that effective March 31, 2023, Patrick McNamee has resigned from the Company’s board of directors to pursue other opportunities. Mr. McNamee has served as the Company’s CEO since his appointment in March 2021.
