Telefónica and Atento renew their Global Alliance until the end of 2020

MADRID, April 10, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Atento, one of the world’s largest providers and a leader in customer relationship and business process outsourcing (CRM/BPO) services, today announced the renewal and extension of Telefónica’s master agreement through July 1 December 31, 2025.

With this agreement, Atento reaffirms the trust of its customers by remaining their preferred supplier for global customer service. This framework agreement includes agreements with Telefónica in Spain, Brazil (VIVO), Peru, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, EcuadorAnd Uruguay.

Among other things, both organizations have agreed on special terms and conditions for the companies of the Atento Group in all regions.

To further strengthen the alliance, the two companies have renewed their reciprocal agreement whereby Telefónica will continue to be Atento’s preferred provider of telecommunications services worldwide.
