NFM Lending and its Lending Family are pleased to appoint Stephanie L. Herring as Chief Human Resources Officer. Herring will lead company-wide recruitment and retention strategies to continue to grow NFM.

Herring comes to NFM with over 23 years of HR experience, 12 of which as an HR Executive. She is an award-winning HR professional, recognized by the Top C-Suite Executive Pittsburgh Business Times in 2022. Herring is a certified professional through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the Society for HR Management (SHRM) and the Human Capital Institute (HCI) and has knowledge of HR compliance, corporate strategy, conflict resolution, Employee well-being and performance and more.
