amsterdam, 22 march 2023 (Regulated Information) AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group NV (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) is pleased to announce that it has agreed with Zinnwald Lithium Plc (“Zinnwald”) (ZNWD, AIM) to issue up to 124 million newly issued common shares draw as cornerstones of Zinnwald’s accelerated book construction. The shares will be subscribed at a 10% premium to the 20 day volume weighted average price (‘VWAP’) at the close of trading on 20 March 2023, ie at 10.41p per share. Upon approval of the newly issued common stock, expected on March 29, AMG will become a 25% shareholder of Zinnwald.
