NEW YORK, Feb. 08, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Apollo apo and Credit Suisse CSGN have completed significant initial closing of their previously announced transaction, under which Apollo affiliates have acquired a significant portion of Credit Suisse’s Securitized Products Group (the “Transaction”). At Apollo, we look forward to partnering with ATLAS SP and accelerating our investment strategy to more long-term, investment-grade quality assets for our clients and strategic partners.”
