US customers looking for more personalized shopping may find it Apple Inc AAPL latest innovation“Shop with a Specialist,” entertaining via video.

What happened: On Tuesday, Apple announced a new shopping experience for US buyers called Shop with a Specialist via video.

Customers can access the service between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. PT daily via the “Ask an iPhone Specialist” URL on Apple’s iPhone shopping website. During the session, an Apple team member shares their screen with the camera while the customer remains invisible.

Clients can contact a specialist 24/7 via phone or chat if the session is inaccessible or outside of business hours.

Once connected, users can quickly get expert advice on choosing the best iPhone for their needs by comparing features, sizes, colors and competitive prices.

“With Shop with a Specialist over Video, our team members look forward to connecting with customers and providing exceptional service while learning which iPhone best suits them,” he said Karen RasmussenApple’s head of online retail.

The new option is now available for purchasing iPhones – including the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus available in brand new yellow colour — but the tech giant could eventually expand it to all product categories.

In 2021, Apple brought the retail appoints Service similar to this shopping experience. Customers had to book a timeslot in the Apple Store app and could browse a store with personal help. reported AppleInsider.
