(CSE:AUSA)(OTCQB:AUSAF) (“AUSA”, “AUDACIOUS” or the “Company”) announced today that the Board of Directors of AUDACIOUS has appointed Mr. Roger Sykes effective August 8, 2022 has as the new Chief Operating Officer, replacing Mr. Fu. Mr. Sykes will be based in AUDACIOUS’ offices in Edmonton, Alberta.
