MINNEAPOLIS, May 19, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Autoscope Technologies Corporation AATC announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.26 per share to be paid to shareholders of record on May 30, 2023. Payment is expected to be made on or about June 6, 2023. This includes a payment of $0.13 per share for the first quarter 2023 dividend that was delayed by the delay in filing the company’s 2022 annual report, including its audited financial statements, as well as an additional $0.13 per share for the current quarter. Chairman of the Board Andrew Berger said: “The Board is pleased to resume paying dividends now that the Company has successfully migrated to the OTCQX Best Market platform. The company increased its quarterly dividend to $0.13 per share from $0.12 per share and now stands by its commitment to pay dividends quarterly.
