axiros AX BIZ enables MDCC to inventory manage and provision their access network and integrated access devices over the non-TR-069 protocol across multiple vendor systems. It also includes automatic detection and configuration of connected integrated access devices.

The Axiros AXESS ACS (auto configuration server) is an industry-leading software application used by leading telecom and broadband service providers worldwide. It enables state-of-the-art management of customer premise equipment (CPE) with Broadband Forum compliance CWMP (TR-069), User Service Platform (USP) (TR-369) and other open management protocols with AX BIZ, and the Axiros AX DHCP server is a cluster-aware, carrier-grade DHCP/IPAM (IP address management) solution that seamlessly integrates with existing deployment platforms. AX DHCP handles FTTH, ONT provisioning, VOIP and IPTV services.

The access network devices in this project were Keymile Milegate 2011 (DSLAM), Iskratel SI3000 Lumia (MSAN) and Nokia 7360 ISAM FX (OLT). MDCC uses AX BIZ for inventory management and provisioning of their access network and integrated access devices (IAD) using SSH protocol. After the device is connected, the IAD is automatically recognized by a technician on site and configured with customer service profiles via the access network. AX BIZ has been integrated with MDCC OSS systems using SOAP for providing customer data. The project started in December 2021 and successfully went live in early June 2022.
