LUXEMBOURG, Feb. 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Tenaris SA (NYSE and Mexico: TS and EXM Italy: TEN) announced today that Benteler North America Corporation has exercised its right to unilaterally enter into the previously announced agreement effective immediately for the sale of 100% of the shares in the US steel tube manufacturer Benteler Steel & Tube Manufacturing Corporation to Tenaris.
Tenaris is a leading global supplier of steel tubing and related services to the global energy industry and certain other industrial applications.
