Broadwind shareholders re-elect all seven incumbent director nominees…

CICERO, Ill., May 23, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Broadwind, Inc. BWEN “Broadwind” or the “Company”)), a diversified precision manufacturer of specialty components and solutions for global markets, announced today that, based on preliminary voting charts provided by the Company’s voting attorney, Broadwind shareholders have supported the re-election of all seven Broadwind Nominees for the Company’s board of directors (the “Board of Directors”): Eric B. Blashford, Philip J. Christman, Jeanette A. Press, David P. Reiland, Sachin M. Shivaram, Thomas A. Wagner and Cary B. Holz.

Based on preliminary voting tables, Broadwind reports that all of its nominees for directorship were elected by an overwhelming majority of the votes cast. Voting results are subject to certification by an independent election inspector.

The Board of Directors issued the following statement:

“We appreciate the continued, broad-based support of our shareholders, as evidenced by the re-election of all seven of our acting directors. The preliminary vote count provided by the Company’s proxy attorney also shows that Broadwind shareholders voted in favor of all other proposals put to the vote at the 2023 annual meeting (the “2023 Annual Meeting”).

Broadwind will file final voting results with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on Form 8-K once certified by the independent elections supervisor.
