- Catalyst Pharmaceuticals, Inc. CPR Shares fell 29.9% to $14.59 after Teva Pharmaceuticals announced it would sell a generic version of Catalyst’s FIRDAPSE in the United States.
- Eargo, Inc. EAR fell 15.1% to $12.35 after rising 26% on Friday. The company recently conducted a 1:20 reverse stock split.
- Eve Holding, Inc. EVEX declined 13.7% to $6.33. Eve Holding recently reported a net loss of $(36.7) million for the third quarter of fiscal 22 compared to a loss of $(3.8) million for the third quarter of 21.
- AnPac Biomedical Science Co., Ltd. ANPC fell 12% to $8.48. AnPac Bio-Medical Sciences announced staff noticed the delisting from the Nasdaq.
- Xylem Inc. XYL was down 9.5% to $99.70 after the company announced it would acquire Evoqua for $7.5 billion in Xylem stock.
- Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY fell 9.2% to $3.04. The company received a notice from Nasdaq regarding a delayed quarterly report. It was also reported that the company hired legal counsel ahead of a possible bankruptcy filing.
- Phavaris NV PHVS fell 8.8% to $9.35.
- Vigil Neuroscience, Inc. VIGL fell 7.4% to $11.77.
- Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. TUSK fell 6.9% to $6.64.
- Oragenics, Inc. OGEN fell 5.8% to $7.80.
