DSKE (“Daseke” or the “Company”), a leading North American transportation solutions specialist dedicated to serving demanding industrial end markets, today announced that Adrianne D. Griffin has joined the Company as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Ms. Griffin will be responsible for leading the company’s investor relations program, including working with shareholders, investors and the analyst community, as well as the treasury organization. She will report to Jonathan Shepko, Chief Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Daseke, Ms. Griffin was Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer at CSW Industrials, Inc. CSWIa diversified industrial growth company, from August 2019 to December 2022. Prior to this role and as of 2014, Ms. Griffin served first as Director of Finance and Assistant Treasurer and then as Director of Investor Relations at EnLink Midstream, LLC ENLC, a Fortune 500 midstream energy infrastructure company. In addition, Ms. Griffin has held various positions of increasing responsibility at companies such as EP Energy, El Paso Corporation and Compass Bank. Ms. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Science in Finance, both degrees from Louisiana State University.
