DATABLE TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION TERMINATES TWO-YEAR AGREEMENT WITH GLOBAL…

VANCOUVER, BC, November 18, 2022 /CNW/ – Datatable Technology Corporation DAC TTMZF (the “Company” or “Datable” or “DTC”), the developer of a proprietary, SaaS-based Consumer Lifecycle and Data Management Platform PLATFORM3is pleased to announce that it has signed a two-year agreement (the “Agreement”) with a global agri-food company (the “Customer”) November 11, 2022.

Under the agreement, Datetable will be paid approximately $400,000 over a period of two years up to May 31, 2025 and will use PLATFORM3to configure a template-based portal (the “Portal”) for Customer’s pet nutrition loyalty program. The portal will host various modules associated with the Software-as-a-Service license, including contests and promotions, proof of purchase validation, loyalty, rewards and gamification, targeted couponing, social media sharing, shopper messaging, data collection and – analysis, CRM database, custom quizzes and polls. Consumers of the Company’s pet nutrition products are rewarded for shopping at retailers across the United States and can earn additional loyalty points by participating in various actions such as surveys, quizzes, reading blog articles, sharing content, watching videos, taking brand-related surveys, and referring friends . Consumers can use the points earned to redeem rewards including coupons, branded apparel and gear, entry into sweepstakes, and the option to donate to the customer’s fundraising program.

The customer is one of the largest privately owned companies in the US with global agricultural and food production and distribution. Accordingly, Datatable will work with the customer to add value-added services to the existing agreement and provide delivery capabilities PLATFORM3 to additional lines of business and expects to expand the scope and scope of its mandate with the Client in 2023 and future periods.
