• Wall Street expects Auto Nation Inc A Quarterly earnings of $5.83 per share on pre-opening bell sales of $6.52 billion. AutoNation shares are up 0.5% in after-hours trading to $142.01.
• Applied Materials Inc AMAT reported better than expected first quarter financial results and issued strong revenue guidance for the current quarter. Applied Materials shares were up 1.5% in after-hours trading at $117.15.
• Analysts expect Deer & Company EN to have earned $5.56 per share on sales of $11.28 billion in the most recent quarter. The company will release earnings before the markets open. Deere shares were up 1.3% in after-hours trading to $408.00.

• Texas Roadhouse Inc TXRH reported weaker than expected Q4 results. Texas Roadhouse shares fell 4.9% to $99.99 in the after-hours trading session.
• Analysts expect PPL Corp PPL To report quarterly earnings of $0.28 per share on revenue of $1.62 billion before the opening bell. PPL shares are up 0.2% in after-hours trading to $28.51.
