- The gross charter rate is $18,000 per day, less a 5% commission paid to third parties, until a minimum of July 15, 2023 and a maximum of September 15, 2023.
- The Myrto is an 82,131 dwt Kamsarmax dry bulk carrier built in 2013. The charter is expected to begin on August 3, 2022.
- The Company expects employment to generate ~$6.16 million in gross revenue for the minimum planned time charter period.
- Price promotion: DSX shares are trading up 5.04% at $5.93 on the latest check Monday.
