Haifa, Israel, April 18, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — Elbit Systems Ltd. ESLT ESLT (“Elbit Systems” or the “Company”) announced today that it has received an order valued at approximately $102 million Delivery of artillery systems to an international customer. The contract will be carried out over a period of eight years.

Under the terms of the contract, Elbit Systems will supply a battalion’s worth of 155mm/52 caliber ATMOS (Autonomous Truck Mounted Howitzer) truck-mounted howitzer systems.

The ATMOS modular artillery system is a battle-proven wheeled howitzer solution capable of firing any NATO-certified 155mm projectile, which has an effective range of over 40 km with standard projectiles and offers longer range with Rocket-Assisted Projectiles (RAP). The ATMOS is designed for rapid deployment and operation, enabling the provision of fire support for a wide range of missions.
