Over the weekend,TwitterCEOElon Muskwas spotted in the Red Bull Formula 1 paddock ahead of the Miami Grand Prix. And in response to a tweet from ESPN on Saturday, the billionaire entrepreneur called for a race between them a pure EV and a hybrid vehicle.

Entertaining discussion about aero and battery technology in Formula 1.

I suggested a pure EV vs gas/hybrid F1 race.

After Musk’s tweet, many people pointed out that single-seater electric racing already exists.
