Elon Musk’s Tweets overwhelm users Twitter because their timelines turn into an Elon First feed – it does the recent dismissal of an engineer do you have anything to do with it
What happened: Many Twitter users noticed Monday afternoon that there are relatively more posts from Musk in their “For You” timelines. The same was true for people who don’t even follow Musk on Twitter.

The For You section shows users tweets from accounts and topics they follow, as well as recommended content. The problem came first reported by TheVerge.
While the recent changes may have something to do with Twitter improving its recommendation algorithm, many users suspect it has something to do with Musk’s unhappiness at getting fewer impressions for his posts.
Why it matters: Last week, it was reported that Musk asked a group of Twitter engineers why his post’s impressions have been declining lately. He fired a senior engineer who showed him some internal data and Google Trends Report indicating its popularity has declined since April 2022.
Musk rolled out some new changes over the weekend to fix “visibility issues.” He also stated that 95% of his tweets were not “delivered.”
If it’s a coincidence, Twitter could fix the problem soon — unless they intend to use whatever means necessary to get Musk the desired number of impressions, the report said.
earlier this month, Musk also made his Twitter account private for a day to see if his private tweets get more visibility than the public ones.
