Enservco Corporation Anticipates Third Quarter Financial Reports…

LONGMONT, Colo., Nov. 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Enservco Corporation ENSVa diversified national provider of specialized well services to the domestic onshore conventional and unconventional oil and gas industry, announced today that it expects to report its third quarter financial results by mid-December.

Enservco was unable to meet its original filing deadline of November 14, 2022 due to efforts being made to update its first and second quarter SEC filings. Accordingly, the Company received a Late Filing Notice from the NYSE American Exchange.

Once the Company files its Form 10-Q for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022, it will be fully current in its SEC filings and back in accordance with NYSE filing guidelines.
