He brings over 35 years of finance and energy experience and a collaborative leadership approach. He will join Ferrellgas’ nearly 4,500 employees and owners in strengthening the future of Ferrellgas, a technology-enabled logistics company.

Michael joined Ferrellgas after serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NV Energy, Inc., a Las Vegas based utility of Berkshire Hathaway Energy. He has worked for utilities and financial institutions in multiple states including Illinois, Maine, New York, Missouri, North Carolina and Nevada. He has extensive experience in executive and financial leadership, management, corporate finance, valuation and risk management, among many other areas. “I am looking forward to this new step in my career.
