- Bank of the First Republic FRC Shares fell 54.7% premarket to $37.01 after the bank said on Sunday it has improved its financial position by accessing additional liquidity from the Fed and JPMorgan.
- PacWest Bancorp PACW Plunged 42.7% to $7.07 in premarket trading after falling 38% on Friday.
- Zions Bancorporation, National Association ZION fell 14.5% to $34.51 in premarket trading.
- The Charles Schwab Corporation BLACK fell 14.2% to $50.37 in premarket trading. Citigroup upgraded Charles Schwab to Buy from Neutral and lowered its price target to $75 from $83.

- Clients Bancorp, Inc. CUBI down 12.5% to $20.00 in premarket trading.
- Western Alliance Ban Corporation WHALE Shares fell 12.4% to $43.20 in premarket trading after falling more than 20% on Friday.
- Hercules Capital, Inc. HTGC down 9% to $11.19 in premarket trading. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods downgraded Hercules Capital to Underperform from Market Perform and lowered its price target to $10.5 from $14.5.
- ING Group NV ING down 5.5% to $12.26 in premarket trading.
