VANCOUVER, BC, Canada, August 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — First Tellurium Corp. (CSE: FTEL) (the “Company” or “First Tellurium”) announces that it has entered into a business consulting services engagement (the “Agreement”) with Dutchess Group LLC (“Dutchess”) for the provision of business communications services . Services include distribution of public company materials and social media management.

Under the terms of the agreement, Dutchess will be engaged at a rate of $15,000 per month for an initial term of 3 months. Upon review after the first three months, the Company and Dutchess will discuss the continuation of the Agreement.
