CHIHUAHUA, Mexico, May 16, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — GCC, SAB de CV GCCa leading manufacturer of cement and concrete in the United States and Mexico, today announced that its extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on April 27th approved the following amendments to the company’s articles of incorporation:

Articles 7 and 13
A change in the publication methods for the Company’s announcements and corporate communications. These were previously published in the State Gazette and will henceforth be published in the Department of Commerce’s electronic system or in one of the widely circulated newspapers at the company’s site in the event of a technical failure in the system.

Article 30
The ability to attend board meetings virtually and the use of digital or electronic signature for the participation of board members, shareholders and shareholder representatives in board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and committees.
