SALT LAKE CITY, UT – February 13, 2023 – Genesis Electronics Group, Inc. (GEGI), the makers of patent-pending autonomous road-to-rail vessel technology Glīd, today announced the appointment of Kevin Damoa as the new chief executive officer the company.

Mr. Damoa is a seasoned operations professional and military veteran with a proven track record in the aerospace, electrification, e-mobility and defense industries. Mr. Damoa has held key leadership positions in young start-ups and established companies. His career includes Flight Module Logistics Management at SpaceX, Integration Project Manager at Northrop Grumann, Vice President at Romeo Power Technology, Vice President at XOS Trucks, Logistics & Safety Director at Canoo and VP of Operations at Serial 1 Cycle Company.

Mr. Damoa is qualified in Operations Management, Program/Project Management, Compliance Engineering, Logistics Operations, Team Building, Organizational Leadership and Mechanical/Structural Design. This background and experience will play a crucial role in the production of our gliders and the development of our business plan.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Damoa was a strategic advisor to the board. During his time as a Strategic Advisor, Mr. Damoa proved to have the skills, experience and personality to lead the company into this next exciting chapter in company growth.
