After Joe Biden announced his re-electionthe Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said the President was being used as a “puppet” by a “managerial class” in the White House.
What happened: Ramaswamyduring an interview with Fox News published On Tuesday, Biden said he had become a vehicle for other US institutions to assert power through the executive branch.
“It’s a myth that Joe Biden is actually running for President. He’s not,” Ramaswamy said.
“It’s just the managerial class that Joe Biden is using as a front to push their own agenda. For them, Biden’s cognitive impairment is not a fault. It’s a feature,” he added.
The potential GOP Presidential Candidate also called Biden’s re-election campaign “elder abuse” and compared the president to a “hollowed shell.”
“The administrative state controls its puppets more effectively when they are hollow shells of itself. The fact that elder abuse is involved is just a cost to Biden’s handlers. It is revealing that the DNC refuses to host primary debates this year; They spit in their base’s face,” he said.
Meanwhile, the 37-year-old entrepreneur, who announced his candidacy for the 2024 Republican Party presidential nomination earlier this year, told the former Fox News host on Monday Tucker Carlson would be a “good addition” until the 2024 US presidential election.
Recent polls showed that nearly half of those polled by NBC News are attributed Biden’s age as a reason why he should no longer compete.
