DreamCatchers host and Chief Inspiration Officer Jerome Myers is hiring Danielle Baker, a veteran executive and strategist, to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company as Chief Operations Officer.
When Jerome Myers hosted his first episode of DreamCatchers in 2019, he gave listeners a unique opportunity to learn from other people who have the courage to pursue their dreams. Three years later, DreamCatchers has grown well beyond the confines of a podcast and today hosts events, coaching sessions and leadership development meetings worldwide. Myers is pleased to announce that Danielle Baker will join the DreamCatchers team as COO.
Myers began his own journey towards realizing his dreams when he left the American company to become a real estate investor. While the road presented many unforeseen challenges, Myers relied on his courage and determination to endure and overcome them. Now a thought leader in multifamily real estate investing and a top coach for financial advisorshe uses DreamCatcher to encourage people stuck in the matrix of everyday life to take the first steps towards realizing their dreams.
With the brand now thriving, Myers decided it was time to hire a chief operations officer to help him run the company. “I’ve seen DreamCatchers grow and the demands on my time become more important,” noted Myers. “But I also knew how important DreamCatchers programs and events are and how impactful they can be for our participants. It was clear that we needed another person who could fully focus on this.”
With over 20 years of business leadership experience and a PhD in Business Administration, Danielle Baker has a lot to offer at DreamCatchers.
