
US stock futures traded mixed this morning. Here are some big stocks that posted losses in today’s premarket trading session.
- Esperion Therapeutics, Inc. ESPR fell 50.3% premarket to $1.98. In Wednesday’s 8-K filing, Esperion’s partner Daiichi Sankyo Europe said that Esperion was not eligible for milestone payments based on CLEAR outcome data in the bempedoic acid study for the treatment of cholesterol.
- Virgin Orbit Holdings, Inc. prep Shares fell 43.9% to $0.5670 in premarket trading after CNBC said, “Virgin Orbit is suspending operations for a week and furloughing almost all staff as it seeks funding.”
- LivePerson, Inc. LPSN Shares fell 38.4% to $6.02 in premarket trading after the company posted weak fourth-quarter sales and a weak revenue guidance.

- Amyris, Inc. AMRS was down 17.7% to $0.98 in premarket trading after posting a loss in the fourth quarter.
- Proterra Inc. PTRA Slumped 16.3% to $2.10 in premarket trading after the company released weak Q4 results and a weak FY23 revenue guidance.
- Burford Capital Limited BU Shares fell 14.5% to $6.54 in premarket trading after the company provided an update on its 2022 operations.
- Bank of the First Republic FRC Shares fell 6.4% in premarket trading to $29.16. Bloomberg reported that First Republic Bank is evaluating options including a sale, citing people with knowledge of the matter.
- Baidu, Inc. BIDU down 5.2% to $126.19 in premarket trading. Baidu recently launched AI chat app WiseAI overseas after launching its AI virtual chat community app Xiaokan Planet in China.
- Tremor International Ltd TRMR Shares fell 4.8% to $5.38 in premarket trading.
- AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. APE fell 4.2% to $1.36 in premarket trading.
