(“Lumina Datamatics”) has acquired 100% ownership of diacriTech Technologies Private Limited (“diacriTech”) based in Chennai, India, a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States. The acquisition of diacriTech further builds on Lumina Datamatics’ growth strategy and advanced technology solutions.
