The New Hampshire House of Representatives passed a new legalization bill marijuana with no regulations or restrictions on weed in the state, reported marijuana moment.
The measure was two partisans And submitted for the 2023 session in December.
What’s in the bill?

Verville credited the short length and simplicity of the bill for the passage assistance. When bills get too “long” or too complicated, “legislators get confused” and “vote against,” he says.
“This is the shortest and easiest way to bring about the change that the majority of our constituents want — and that is cannabis legalization,” Verville said called.
In addition to removing criminal penalties for cannabis-related offenses, the bill also includes a provision to void records for those with prior cannabis convictions or pending cases.
Additionally, some members believed that further criminalizing marijuana would only expose more citizens to possible involvement in the criminal justice system.
