(“MTMT” or the “Company”) MTMT, announced today that due to travel restrictions and to protect the health and safety of its shareholders, employees, directors and community amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company will be holding its 2022 Annual General Meeting in a virtual meeting format. The meeting will be online-only and will begin as previously scheduled on December 15, 2022 at 9:00 am PST. You cannot physically attend the Annual General Meeting.

Access to the AGM audio webcast. As described in the AGM proxy materials previously distributed, if you were a shareholder at the close of business on October 24, 2022, the Record Date, you are entitled to attend the AGM. The live audio webcast of the Annual General Meeting is available to shareholders on the day of the Annual General Meeting at https://www.cstproxy.com/megamatrix/2022 and begins promptly at 9:00 a.m. PST. Online access to the audio webcast will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the annual meeting to allow you time to log in and test your device’s audio system. We recommend that you attend the meeting before the scheduled start time.
