- Mosseri’s ambitions for London, where he expected to build a large, multi-tiered team in the city, were dashed by Meta’s cost-cutting.
- As Zuckerberg cut jobs, specifically targeting “middle managers … for faster decision-making,” the Instagram team was sporadically restructured, often reporting back to the US for direction.
