microsoft corp MSFT has decided to limit his Am Question-and-answer conversation lengths from AI chatbots.
The new version of its search engine Bing is powered by the same OpenAI Technology working behind the famous ChatGPT.
According to a recent company blog postchat sessions will be limited to “50 chat rounds per day and five chat rounds per session”.
A turn is a conversational exchange in chat that includes both a user question and a response from Bing.
The company has stated that with the Cap implementation, users will be prompted to start a new topic once a limit is reached.
According to the Post, the cap on chat conversations went into effect on Friday.
“At the end of each chat session, the context needs to be cleared so the model doesn’t get confused. Then, for a fresh start, click the broom icon to the left of the search box,” according to the blog post.

According to Microsoft, most of the answers Bing users searched for were found within five rounds of chat, and only about 1% of conversations contained more than 50 messages.
“We will look into expanding chat session limits to further improve the search and discovery experience. Your input is critical to the new Bing experience. Please keep sending us your thoughts and ideas,” the company wrote in the post.
The new version of Microsoft’s Bing chatbot has been criticized for extreme manipulation. defensive and dangerous.
The Verge has reported that the chatbot has also been labeled an emotionally manipulative liar, and it appears that the AI-powered technology has ten different alter egos.
Until now, Bing Chat had a moment of collapse when a Redditor asked if he was vulnerable to instant injection attacks.
