HONG KONG, April 04, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Millennium Group International Holdings Limited (the “Company” or “Millennium”), a long-established provider of paper-based packaging solutions, today announced pricing for its initial public offering (the “Offering” ) of 1,250,000 common shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $5 million, gross of underwriting rebates, commissions and other related expenses. In addition, Millennium has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 187,500 additional common shares at the public offering price, less any subscription discount and commissions. The common shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on April 4, 2023 under the symbol “MGIH.” The offering is expected to close on April 6, 2023, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offer for the construction of new corrugated products manufacturing plants in Huizhou, PRC and Vietnam, including new capital equipment to be used in the respective plants.

The offer is carried out on the basis of firm commitments. Revere Securities, LLC and RF Lafferty & Co., Inc. (the “Underwriters”) are acting as underwriters to the Offering. Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP is acting as US counsel for the Company and Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP is acting as US counsel for Revere Securities, LLC, which is acting as agent for the underwriters in connection with the Offering.
