NWTNan environmentally conscious mobility technology company bringing to the world passenger-centric green premium mobility solutions (“NWTN”), announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Elfaba Investment and Advisory (“Elfaba”) to sell and purchase NWTN-branded products and Rabdan in more than seven countries.

The MOU provides that NWTN will authorize Elfaba as a distributor of the NWTN and Rabdan brands for a period of five years, allowing for the sale of NWTN and Rabdan vehicles, parts and accessories, and the provision of after-sales service. The letter of intent also states that Elfaba will aim to sell up to 5,000 vehicles. A final agreement is to be signed by the end April 2023.

Rabdan is an NWTN new energy smart vehicle brand and includes a full range of smart new energy passenger vehicle products, from extended range to pure electric technology solutions.

Rabdan products will integrate the most advanced technologies and resources in the global new energy vehicle industry and outperform traditional fuel vehicle products in many aspects, from driving experience and intelligent comfort to energy saving and emission reduction. It aims to define a new category of travel and lifestyle.

The MoU between NWTN and Elfaba was signed at the NWTN Suhoor Assembly held to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.

The Suhoor meeting was held at NWTN’s assembly facility in the Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi (KEZAD), which was completed at the end of 2022. The facility enables NWTN to meet the rapidly growing demand for electric vehicles in the United Arab Emirates and the United Arab Emirates middle EastPromoting green mobility and accelerating the sustainable energy transition in the UAE.
