From now on, the account will no longer be followed by anyone.
It seems that the verified twitter account was only following older verified accounts before the launch of Twitter Blue.
It was verified only by legacy. I was told through friends (ex-employees) that they have never followed subscriber accounts. So if anyone is left after today, maybe they will subscribe after becoming Legacy.

Why it matters: Twitter had informed old verified accounts about the discontinuation of their program and removing ticks for those who did not have a Twitter Blue subscription.
The expected reduction in verified accounts did not materialize that day, except for the New York Timeswhich refused to pay the $8 monthly subscription after losing the blue badge on Twitter.
The message surrounding the blue tick was also changed to read, “This account is verified because it subscribes to Twitter Blue or is an old verified account,” rather than having separate messages for Twitter Blue and old subscribers.”
