TYSONS, Va., Dec. 7, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. PC (“Park” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.25 per common share for the fourth quarter. The dividend will be paid in cash on January 17, 2023 to holders of record on December 30, 2022. Of the full dividend of $0.25 per share, $0.12 per share represents the fourth quarter payment based on 2022 operating results, with the remaining $0.13 being paid per share attributed to gains on sale of Park’s assets in 2022.
