TYSONS, Va., Sept. 09, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. PC (“Park” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.01 per common share for the third quarter. The dividend will be paid in cash on October 17, 2022 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2022.
